How does the free tier work?
Every account gets 50 free API calls to start. Free calls work across four endpoints: Change Detection, Feature Extraction, Temporal Analysis, and Risk Scoring. Anomaly Detection requires an active billing setup. No credit card required to sign up.
When do I get charged?
Usage beyond the free tier is billed at the end of each monthly cycle. You receive an itemized invoice for all chargeable calls.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processor, DODO Payments.
Can I set a spending limit?
Yes. You can set a monthly budget cap in the Console. We'll alert you when you approach the limit and can auto-pause API access if needed.
